Well, after a crazy weather day - nothing like an hour long weather drill with our kindergarten friends joining us - I went to my old alma mater, TCU. It was so nice to go back after (Gag!) almost 8 years and see two of my professors. Who would have thought they would ask me back to speak to future teachers?!?!? Well...they may not after today. :O)
But it just made me think of a simpler time when I was student teaching and had nothing but possibilities in front of me. Don't get me wrong, I love where I am now. It was just fun to see all these young girls so pretty and college-y listening to my presentation. Ahhhhh...memories!
